Lauren Taylor

Lauren Taylor was born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina. Though she has not had any formal art training, she has always had a knack for creating - especially acrylic painting, hand lettering, and graphic design. Lauren's artistic style can be best described as bold, colorful, and inspirational. Lauren likes to incorporate salvaged or repurposed materials into her work whenever possible.

 

From 2009 - 2015, Lauren had a successful canvas art business on Etsy, but dissolved that due to health issues. While still finding blocks of time for collaborative art projects, now Lauren devotes most of her time to her full-time job in healthcare education and growing her small consulting business. Lauren started Chasing Letters Creative and Consulting, LLC, in 2020 to help self-employed creatives of all kinds explore more affordable ways to tell their stories and promote their work.
